Originally from Nicaragua, Ruddy moved to the U.S. at 18 and spent 14 years in Homestead, Florida, where he met his wife and they started their family of 5.

In 2022, they relocated to Raleigh, NC. He worked in golf and grounds maintenance at North Ridge Country Club, then joined the City of Raleigh in a similar role for over a year. Ruddy is now proud to be part of the team at First Tee — Triangle.

Outside of work, he enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling with his family. A lifelong soccer enthusiast and Real Madrid fan, he played semi-professionally in Nicaragua and currently holds a U.S. Soccer Grassroots Coaching License. Most recently, he coached Wake FC’s U13 team and loves mentoring youth through sports.
