Golf Fitness + Performance Series with Access Fitness Systems #6

We’re hosting a golf fitness and performance through Access Fitness Systems this winter! This program is designed to help individuals understand their bodies and the demand golf places on them. We’ll also discuss getting stronger, mobility, focus and nutrition. Join us for 1 hour per week on Saturday mornings at Glen Eden Park in Raleigh for our fitness activities!
